It offers rich aromas of Mizunara incense, sandalwood, ripe persimmon, ume plum and dried fruit. The palate is complex and elegant, with notes of marmalade, coffee, cocoa, almond and gentle ginger spice. The finish is exceptionally long, with lingering smokiness and subtly sweet oak.
