You wanted very much to play it but it didn't quite do enough to justify going that far out of your way while we felt whimsical and vaguely guilty about those lovable purple guys languishing in our binders

Thats not too bad for a typical Commander deck, and you could get most of this list if you buy the Elven Empire precon

Although this deck could be sorted into both Brackets One or Two, I would lean towards declaring it a Bracket Two deck when you sit down to play with other players

Its not the best mono-black midrange commander, but it adds some interesting flavor to the deck without being much of a downgrade
