Nobody really spends time splitting out tier 3 cards further, as the decks running them are low enough in power level that the inefficiencies or drawbacks arent as detrimental as they would be to a stronger deck

My guess is that "Why would you want to do that?" (in reference to the mutual card drawing) is not the right question
