I think it's fine, but I feel there are better / more fun commander options in Mono Blue

I chose to leave out a lot of other 5/c legendary creatures that were focused on other tribes (Elementals, Slivers) but this one made the cut

To make a good deck, you want to focus on just a few strategies instead of all different cards and no real plan

I think the user interface was a bit finnicky and frustrating in places

The fact that they bring back a creature is definitely gravy

But while Seedborn Muse may be restricted to green mana decks, it goes above and beyond by affecting all your Permanents as opposed to just Artifacts
