Gengar ex also has 170 hp which makes it quite capable of tanking a couple of hits, and Spooky Shot deals a solid 100 damage per turn, but requires quite a bit of setup with needing Gastly and Haunter as pre-evolutions, and three Energy attached to get Spooky Shot running
While there are a few creatures in the 99 that can help mitigate this problem, Id definitely recommend adding a few cards to help make sure that damage gets through during combat
As a low-level player, although he has tremendous hitting power, he is nothing more than a brain muscle, so I want to think carefully about how to place him on his deck
