This card is really amazing because it adds two of the most important cards in this deck to your hand: Neo Spacian Grand Mole (using Elemental HERO Grand Neos) and Spirit Reaper (using Reaper on the Nightmare)

The actual good combo decks either have enough tech slots to fit in Called By, Ash, Crossout etc so they can't get Maxx Ced, or make such a dumb lock board that having 20 extra cards isn't going to help
