The ability isnt bad, and its definitely very lore-friendly considering Galadriels internal conflict regarding the Fellowship, but I think it can be a little unfocused

For my purposes, I would have a probability distribution that represents a player win rate and then I would simulate how many games it would take to reach Mythic (dividing up the simulations by rank, as the gains/losses change between ranks but not between tiers)
