This amazing black artifact lets you play cards from the top of your library, and since its an artifact, you can cheat it into play with cards like Tinker or Daretti, Scrap Savant

It fits the character perfectly, it balances the cards power level and casting costs pretty well, and it can ultimately be broken in really absurd ways

Before this review begins, I thought I would break down my scoring system: 10: An absolute bomb, you will always pick this card, even if its pack three and you arent in its colors

It might not be up to snuff stat-wise, but that ability will let you finish off any low-powered creatures or sneak some damage through to your opponents

Making land drops is already powerful, so a mechanic that enhances them often trends towards being broken

It also is a newer idea that design is working on that scales on the number of opponents you have
