Necropolis Fiend Necropolis Fiend is usually a bomb in Limited but there are better cards for Constructed

Digimon, One Piece and many other games does the same thing reserving spaces for the events, so is not an only Pokmon issue in such case

It has an enters the battlefield trigger that creates a token, making decks that care about the token and/or the enters the battlefield triggers get something extra out of it

Admittedly, this is a collector's item, so the point probably isn't how well it works inside a deck, but I wasn't able to find a nice spot for it in terms of competitive play

Ironically, the tournament was for an Alpha Gauntlet of Might, a card worth, at the time, around $120
