Thats a minor drawback: Most of the time, the Reanimate value is in the huge bonus you get from the enters effect or the creatures passive abilities
He fits well enough in a Food-based deck, but doesnt have any interaction with the tokens after creating one, and gives a small buff to 18 different creature types
Bonus points for being an option for the command slot, though I wouldnt particularly recommend trying to run mono-black infect (trust me, I tried)
Getting this going shouldnt be too much of an issue in EDH
This means you have a clear upgrade path in front of you if you fancy putting a few more bucks into the deck but it's capable by itself, and a lot of fun once it gets going
In cEDH, however, Ad Nauseum is generally just used as a gigantic draw spell
