Cards similar to Thinking Cap include Shuko, Vanquisher's Axe, Honed Khopesh
You have Chaos spells like Scrambleverse, Mill cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable, or spells that let you cast cards for free like Emergent Ultimatum
Both of these features make TCGPlayer a much better option for sellers who routinely want to sell a lot of cards
Heres an outline: 5-8 removal spells 4-6 card draw spells (including flashback cards) 4-6 payoffs (Sahagin, Shantotto, etc.) 2-3 other creatures (Wyvern, Ice Flan, etc.) 17 lands The deck is fairly simple to put together, and really doesnt want much outside of removal, card draw, and payoffs
Decks I would recommend Thorton to be played in: any deck that plays Basic Pokemon Roxanne I know that your opponent can still draw out of it, but Roxanne [Astral Radiance] can absolutely steal games
As a State based effect, the -1/-1 and +1/+1 counter cancel each other and are removed
