I expect this card will be too cute for most decks to run over a standard counterspell, but at the very least I think Dress Down is a great inclusion in Enchantress or decks that use its ability to benefit their own commander

Some versions will likely be harder to acquire than others, either due to the character's popularity or a lower pull rate , but all will be available in Play Boosters

This year it got a whole host of upgrades, but my choice to give it more land ramp in the Exploration/Burgeoning/Case of the Locked Hot House package has provided it one of the biggest upgrades it has had for a while

Some will barely make the first milestone and others (probably those with Limited-focused testing teams) will go further

A port for Windows was released on April 14 the same year
