I think many people look at its first attack, Spreading Flames, and immediately think that it provides nothing more than its Basic Pokemon Victini V (Sword and Shield), but thats where everyone is wrong
Also, like Losheel, you can make tokens instantly to draw each opposing turn too, only that's easier since so many token makers like Raise the Alarm are instants already, and lands will make tokens like Castle Ardenvale
Also, it is limited to creatures only, which Timeless Witness isnt, allowing you to rebuy removal cards if required
