The alternate name has no effect on gameplay. If you put Thrum of the Vestige in your Commander deck, you're in fact putting in a Lightning Bolt as far as singleton deckbuilding rules go
The location itself works well with King or Prince characters, lowering the cost of your other characters by one when you have a royal on the rock
Another nice interaction is with Fling effects since youll deal double the damage
I am not including the bonus sheets or the Commander decks, as that would really just mean rares and mythics from the Mystical Archives and the Special Guests
You have a "full party" if the number of creatures in your party is four (that is, you control a Cleric, a Rogue, a Warrior, and a Wizard, and they are four different creatures)
Until end of turn, you may pay any time you could cast an instant
