Water-type decks have been incredibly strong in the Scarlet & Violet era, and it's all thanks to the Baxcalibur card introduced in Paldea Evolved, which can accelerate as much Water Energy as you like from your hand in one turn
It also marked the start of the modern collector boom, especially with shiny Vault cards
Faerie commanders are pretty evenly split into three categories: Nah, Maybe, and Heck Yes!, although some of the Nah and Maybe commanders can be solid support creatures in your other faerie decks
If things are not weak to Lightning, Fire or Water, then these are a lot of wasted slots in your deck
If you zoom in on the picture it is however visible that the patterns aren't as distinct on the Badlands as on the Bayou, and that the black color is a little "smudged" on that card
I think my mind has warped too much toward EDH and wanting a Hydra to double every counter on every permanent otherwise I think it sucks
