Anthony Acosta

Anthony Acosta is a retail broker specializing in the sale and leasing of shopping centers throughout the San Diego County. He is also actively involved in tenant representation, where he has successfully helped numerous national, regional, and local tenants expand their presence throughout Southern California.

With a focus on the private client, Anthony leverages his extensive market knowledge and employs a boots-on-the-ground approach to assess assets, identifying creative solutions to maximize value, and ultimately achieving his clients’ real estate objectives. Through his leasing efforts and marketing strategies, he has successfully helped several shopping centers reach 100% occupancy.

Anthony is a native of San Diego, California and graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance.

Anthony is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), Site Source Retail Broker Network, and Urban Land Institute. Presently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD). Additionally, he is pursuing the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation as a CCIM Candidate. Anthony is also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Outside his professional pursuits, Anthony enjoys quality time with his wife and Golden Retriever, relishing moments with family and friends. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and embracing nature through outdoor explorations.
