• Size of Single Story Space = 12,000-16,000+ sq ft.
• Affordable Rent Range = $1.30-$1.80/sq ft/month
• North-West and North-East Border (Interstate 5 & CA 56 and Interstate 15 & CA 56)
• South-West and South East Border (Interstate 5 &
  Interstate 8 and Interstate 15 & Interstate 8)
• Prefer Central San Diego – Kearny Mesa; Clairemont; Tierrasanta.
• Zoning – Commercial or IL-2-1 or IL-3-1 but not
  within the City of San Diego’s Prime Industrial Land Overlay.
• Occupancy – Within 5-10 months
