Anthony Acosta is a real estate broker specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout San Diego County. He is also actively involved in tenant representation, where he has successfully assisted numerous national, regional, and local tenants in expanding their footprint across Southern California.
Focusing primarily on private clients, Anthony combines extensive market insight with a boots-on-the-ground approach to asset evaluation. This hands-on strategy allows him to uncover creative solutions that maximize property value and help clients achieve their real estate goals. Through his leasing efforts and marketing strategies, Anthony has consistently assisted property owners to reach 100% occupancy at their properties.
A San Diego native, Anthony earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is also a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Site Source Retail Broker Network, and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD).
Anthony has earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded to professionals who complete rigorous coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrate a proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife, their newborn daughter, and their golden retriever. He also loves cooking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
