Anthony Acosta is a retail broker specializing in the sale and leasing of shopping centers throughout San Diego County. He is also active in tenant representation, where he has successfully helped numerous national, regional, and local tenants expand their presence across Southern California.

With a focus on private clients, Anthony leverages his extensive market knowledge and employs a boots-on-the-ground approach to evaluate assets. This enables him to identify creative solutions to maximize value, helping clients achieve their real estate objectives. Through his leasing efforts and marketing strategies, he has consistently helped several shopping centers reach 100% occupancy.

A native of San Diego, California, Anthony graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Site Source Retail Broker Network, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Additionally, Anthony serves on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD).

Anthony is also pursuing the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Having completed the coursework, he is preparing to take the exam for this highly coveted designation. He is also a California licensed real estate broker.

Outside his professional pursuits, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their Golden Retriever, as well as sharing memorable moments with family and friends. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring nature through outdoor adventures.
